Jason was born into a military family in Lahnstuhl, Germany. Jason has traveled much of the world but settled here in Georgia where his grandparents resided. Jason realized from a young age he had empathic abilities which instilled a distinct passion for answers about the paranormal. He is a Marine who has served at stations in several countries. During this time of duty, Jason would research and seek out paranormal explanations within the different cultures he was stationed in. He is an avid student of parapsychology, folklore, historical events, and urban legends. Jason holds a true belief in the paranormal but utilizes his skills to investigate with a scientific skepticism. Jason Mott is the high energy, fun loving, comedian of M.G.P.I. He has a relatable personality, which partnered with his compassion, makes an amazing case manager for M.G.P.I.
